So, I got my tax refund just at a time I could really use it. I know what I need to save the money for, but I want to shop. What's so odd about that you say?
I can't say there's any one thing that I really want to buy? It keeps jumping around in my head. I did spend $50 at the bookstore just for fun... Was so tempted to get the e-reader that I wouldn't use.. LMAO
I have to go get shoes for interviews so I can get my suits altered... but then I want to buy a matching bag... new makeup....
I want a spa vacation..... but I know I need money for graduation supplies, a conference we're going to for school, and I have to fix my little blue beast. Alright, I need to get off this kick and concentrate. I don't know why my brain won't stay still today. I have to say I feel really weird....
And it's not just the shopping thing. I have sooo much to do. School, work, more school, book work, wanting to read.... GAH! I think this time I really bit off more than I can chew. I think I need to sign off here, make a list, and then start at the top. I think I've learned my lesson. I will never take a full dose of sleeping aids again, it does crazy things to my brain....
How the hell did that chainsaw get in my juggling act,
Jennifer
Follow author Jennifer Feuerstein through the trials and fun of writing. I'll be discussing my books, my future plans, and the fun of dealing with an entire cast of characters living "upstairs" while moving through life. Welcome to the ramblings of The Crowded Mind.
About Me
- Jennifer Feuerstein
- Being an author is an amusing series of ups and downs. As a self-published writer, there are a lot of stories going on at once. A lot of stories means a lot of characters bouncing around and a lot of juggling. It's not easy being an author of fantasy in the real world, but I try to get by.
Me to brain: SLOW DOWN!!!
