So, the writer is sick. Yep, caught the cold that's been flying around and I'm not happy about it. My sinuses hurt like crazy and my stomach isn't always cooperating. It makes trying to write a pain in the ass.
The good news is that I have several of my school assignments done so hopefully I'll be able to write a little each day after clinic. I'm certainly not going to be in the mood to workout, which was my original plan. The holidays left me a little too Santa-ish for my taste. You know the Special K commercial with the woman in the red coat and the reindeer showing up.... I'd get the reindeer, the elves, and Mrs. Claus chasing my ass down. Only to find out I'm not the jolly fat guy, just a depressed fat gal.
Okay, not so depressed, but I'm hard on myself on a good day. Add the stupid cold and I'm pretty unpleasant to be around.
Well, not much else to go on about and my stomach has decided it doesn't like dinner... So, I think I'll sign off before I make a large mess of my newly fixed laptop.
Green around the gills,
Jennifer
Follow author Jennifer Feuerstein through the trials and fun of writing. I'll be discussing my books, my future plans, and the fun of dealing with an entire cast of characters living "upstairs" while moving through life. Welcome to the ramblings of The Crowded Mind.
About Me
- Jennifer Feuerstein
- Being an author is an amusing series of ups and downs. As a self-published writer, there are a lot of stories going on at once. A lot of stories means a lot of characters bouncing around and a lot of juggling. It's not easy being an author of fantasy in the real world, but I try to get by.
