This paper looks like a great way to do it. This is just a vent, you don't have to read it.
There's been a little issue with a side hobby of mine and it's put me in a bind. Well, really it hasn't because I'll do what I must.
Basically I do not like being told that I'm the little girl of the group, so to speak. Do not discount or discredit the skills I do have. There was a reason I was asked to join said group and to have being a newbie slapped in my face is an insult. I may be new to facebook role play, but I have role played all my life. And I think I'm pretty damn good at it.
As for my directing skills, yes, I've done that too. I've written award winning plays and directed them. I've had no complaints about giving direction then. So everyone has a shot of pride that I try not to step on... the basic line is, if people are asking for direction or leadership, I'm going to fill that role because I know I can. Especially when it was something I helped devise.
Sure there were errors in how it was handled that could fall back on being a newbie, but it wasn't solely my idea. The person who came up with it was a veteran and forgot the basics that I didn't know.
Gaaahhhh.... I feel insulted... I really do...
and I'm not sure what I'm going to do about it yet...

About Me
- Jennifer Feuerstein
- Being an author is an amusing series of ups and downs. As a self-published writer, there are a lot of stories going on at once. A lot of stories means a lot of characters bouncing around and a lot of juggling. It's not easy being an author of fantasy in the real world, but I try to get by.
And don't act like I'm the one to blame when I was pulled into the thing... It was not my idea... I was just asked to be involved
