On the issues of our beloved family pet that I posted about before.
He's doing much better. The situation may have been exaggerated just a little bit. He had a bad couple days, but the poor guy is 14 years old now. I went to the vet with him and we're going to try different pain pills. He has a followup appointment to see how it's working for him but everything looks optimistic.
I'm glad he'll have some relief, he's not ready to go just yet. And I'm not quite ready to let him go either. It was nice to spend a large chunk of the day with his big fuzzy head in my lap. It was almost like he was saying "thank you".
Here's to you old Pup,
Jennifer
Follow author Jennifer Feuerstein through the trials and fun of writing. I'll be discussing my books, my future plans, and the fun of dealing with an entire cast of characters living "upstairs" while moving through life. Welcome to the ramblings of The Crowded Mind.
About Me
- Jennifer Feuerstein
- Being an author is an amusing series of ups and downs. As a self-published writer, there are a lot of stories going on at once. A lot of stories means a lot of characters bouncing around and a lot of juggling. It's not easy being an author of fantasy in the real world, but I try to get by.
